Support Packages

Support Packages - During your 30 day free trial period you will receive all the support you need to insure your satisfaction with our product.

Normal support will be done with the "trouble ticket" system listed in our "support" section, and costs you nothing.  However, you must register or be a registered user to fill out a "trouble ticket".

Additional support may occassionaly be needed for a premise based pbx, in which case you will need to look at that vendors policy regarding ongoing support for their PBX system.

If you are going with an open-source IP PBX such as sipXecs, we do have support packages available starting with a 2 hour package for ongoing sipXecs support.
