#1 G.729a / rfc2833 DTMF / T.38 fax protocol then fallback -> G.711u Pass-Through

#2 G.711u / rfc2833 DTMF / T.38 fax protocol then fallback -> G.711u Pass-Through

Inbound Origination for all SIP accounts (receiving calls)
