Here is how it works...The application logs into your account, then it sends the source number and destination number to the Midwest SIP switch and places two calls and connects them together. You must use 11 digits for all USA numbers, ie..16167230100( Midwest SIP office # ). 

With a computer browser and an email account,

email the following link(case sensitive) to your blackberry email account...ie. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (Verizon type)

use this link on the BlackBerry web browser(case sensitive):

Application will download and install to your blackberry.

On Blackberry Curve, click button to the left of the curser and then settings.

Under account settings, place your Midwest SIP username and password.

You may also want to add your cellphone number to the Source number setting.

Also set the Connection settings type.

Network Settings, my test phone was a Curve and I used GPRS/EDGE.

Save then place calls by adding the number you wish to dial under destination number setting and press the call button on the bottom.

You can watch the status of the call on the bottom of the screen.

You will also notice on the top if you are connected or disconnected during the call.
