Custom user Dialing Rules
This page will explain the Dialing Rules settings for Midwest SIP.
Default: disabled
Enable: select your template
Custom Translation Rule:

Explanation regarding this customer rule:
International calling: from the USA by dialing 011 + (country code) + (local number)
Local Calling: default (in 616): IE..calling Midwest SIP office dial = 723-0100
Long Distance USA: dial 1 + area code + XXX + XXXX
911 testing with 711 (if 911 enabled see contract): dial 711
