Notes:

If upgrading Grandstream 400x to new firmware  Program-- 1.0.3.10, 
Make sure you set the (FXS Ports) tab correctly.
Default is Map to FXO Port# 
1-1
2-1
3-1  etc.....

Mapping for regular use should be:

1-1
2-2
3-3

Also, firmware updates can be found at: grandstreamupdate.midwestsip.com

initial settings:
firmware upgrade and provisioning: TFTP
Config Server Path: 70.34.141.77
